Possibly you have multiple network interfaces listed in the network neighborhood. You can check this by going to firewall > settings > network neighborhood. Then click on the drop down box to view the list of installed interfaces. If there is more than one the settings will most likely not stay checked. We do not have a fix for this issue at this time. We recommend removing any unused interfaces so only one remains, then the settings for this interface will remain checked.
When trying to configure the fire wall to allow communication between the two computers, I check both boxes and ok it in the networking page of firewall settings. If I then come out of the settings and then return the box for sharing my fil
