It would be best to reinstall the software. Be sure no antivirus is running. If you are installing from a CD, copy the files to the hard drive before starting. Uninstall 'SystemSuite,' and after the uninstall is complete, erase all remaining files at: C:\Program Files\Ontrack (default directory). Reinstall the software, 'SystemSuite.'
When I run SystemSuite it locks my computer. What do I do? (KB002047)
