At this time there is no designated support in the software specifically designed for RAID controllers. However, RAID controllers that are true hardware RAID controllers may work with some minor incompatibilities. A true RAID controller is defined as a controller that has a hardware DSP (digital signal processor) controller that is transparent to the operating system. This typically means that the controller runs without the need to load a special driver.
Some newer motherboards contain software-based Highpoint or Promise controllers. SystemSuite and Fix-It Utilities may not be fully compatible with these controllers because they require a driver for Windows to recognize the RAID Array. V-com currently does not have any information to provide regarding specific models or types of RAID controllers which may or may not be compatible.
I use a RAID controller on my computer to control the hard drives. Is this supported by SystemSuite or Fix-It Utilities? I have seen an error when I attempt to use disk fixer stating "Unable to Access Drive x" (KB002081)
