This is caused by Outlook looking for the AutoEmail Scanner .dll file in the old Ontrack install folder.
Please try the following solution:
1) Open Outlook
2) Go to the Settings
3) Uncheck any listings in the add-in manager
4) This should eliminate the error message.
Since installing the SystemSuite 5 upgrade (from Ontrack SystemSuite 4) my Outlook program tells me there is a .dll file missing (from the old Ontrack folder in 'Program Files'). What can I do to correct this? (KB002129)
