Please begin by uninstalling your current version. You can do this from the Add/Remove Programs window. When you are done with this or if you cannot uninstall it, go to C:\Program Files\ and delete the Ontrack and\or VCOM folder. Then reboot your computer. Then reinstall SystemSuite 5.
During the install, uncheck the box to enable the firewall. Once SystemSuite is installed, go to C:\Program Files\VCOM\SystemSuite and double click the file LSPFIX. This will run a utility to fix your LSP stack. If you press F5 you will see a file called LSP_LOG.htm. Opening this will show what was repaired in your LSP stack.
Please then try to reboot and test your Internet connection.
I upgraded from SystemSuite 4 to SystemSuite 5. When I tried to uninstall the NetDefense firewall I lost my connection to the Internet. What can I do restore this? (KB002132)
