Unfortunately there is a slight confusion in the printing of the packaging. The serial number beginning with AS*** is for the AutoSave product, the serial number beginning with 611*** is for the SystemSuite product. Please use the appropriate serial number to install each package accordingly.
When I attempt to install SystemSuite, the serial number provided in the packaging is not working. What can I do to install SystemSuite? (KB002150)
