Please download and run the file attached to the bottom of this answer to end the 'glctemp' error. Proceed to uninstall the program. Following the uninstall make certain you check the install directory at C:\Program Files\VCOM\ or Ontrack (the default installation directories) for any remaining files or folders. Delete any files and folders that you find. Once you have done this proceed with the reinstall of the software.

Please download the attached file to your Desktop. Once the download is complete, double-click the file to run it.
