Some of the newer video cards (such as those from ATI or Nvidia) may not allow direct testing of their components. Check to see that the same error occurs in Safe Mode to make sure that this is not a driver conflict. You may want to update the driver from the video card manufacturer's website. If you continue to have problems with the video card, contact the manufacturer of the card for assistance.
