The file called MXUIShell.MXE is an error reporting file generated by our software. It is created when the software runs into an unexpected problem. If your program seems to be running fine it may have been a temporary issue which has now passed. In that case simply save the file to a temporary location. If the program continues to work well you can then delete that file at a later date. 

If you begin to see more of those files generated, or notice changes in the program, please save those files and contact our Technical Support Department. Technical Support may ask you to submit the files to them to help resolve the issue.
