If you're getting either of the following two errors,
Unable to access the Fix-It setup program or
Unable to access the remote drive
this can be resolved by making sure Fix-It's SETUP.EXE file is in the same location it was originally installed from. For example, if you originally ran SETUP.EXE from C:\Program Files\Ontrack(or Vcom)\Fix-It, you will need to copy SETUP.EXE back to the Fix-It folder before you can customize your installation of Fix-It.
"Add/Remove Tools" isn't working when I try to customize my install. Is there a solution? (KB003089)
