Sounds like your system may be infected with a virus. I would suggest going to our partners on-line virus scanning site to check for any viruses. If you do find a virus, you can use the same site to download the solution.

If our virus scanner is damaged by this virus, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the product to restore function.
When I try to start the program it tells me the .exe file is missing. I have tried reinstalling the program but every time I open the program the .exe file either disappears or is already missing. (KB003038)
