To receive a new serial number, please send us a scan, digital picture or photocopy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please note, we are not able to reissue serial numbers after the 90th day of your purchase.

Please contact Technical Support. If you purchased from us you can reference your order number instead of a copy of your receipt.

Please include your name, the version of software, what it is that you are requesting, and your e-mail address so we can return the serial number to you.
