Copy the Setup files from the cdrom to the desktop (if on cdrom). If downloaded, then you do not need to copy the files. Reboot the computer into Windows Safe Mode and run the setup program. After installation, reboot the computer in Windows Normal Mode and run PowerDesk.
PowerDesk installation fails after pressing the Accept button on the license screen during the setup program. (KB004014)
