In the Options menu, uncheck "Save settings on Exit" and then set PowerDesk to the directory you want using the "Save Settings Now". As long as you do not go back to the "Save Settings on Exit" you will have set PowerDesk to open to you’re the same directory you were in.
How do I get PowerDesk Pro to open to the same folder every time I open it rather than the last folder I was in? (KB004024)
