We have seen this happen a couple of times. To correct this issue, please perform the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the Start button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Properties from the pop-up menu.
  3. Click on the Start-Menu tab.
  4. Click on the Classic Start Menu option.
  5. Click on the OK button.
