The "error loading url.dll" indicates some problem opening the default
web browser to view the publishing report and/or the web site.
For the "error loading url.dll" message, it may help to reset Internet
Explorer to be the default browser. This can be done as follows:
1) Open Internet Explorer.
2) Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options".
3) Select the "Programs" tab.
4) Check the "Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the
default browser" box.
5) Click OK.
6) Close Internet Explorer
7) Open Internet Explorer again. If you are asked to make it the
default browser, select "Yes".
(If another browser is desired, e.g.: Netscape, do the above anyway, then
use Netscape's preferences to make it the default browser again.)
