Most likely HTM files are associated with some other application, rather than with Internet Explorer (or another web browser).
Solution:
- Open "My Computer" or Windows Explorer.
- Go to the "c:\program files\v communications\WebEasy professional\temp" folder (or another folder that contains HTM files).
- Right-click on one of the HTM files and select "Open With..."
- Select "Internet Explorer" in the list of programs, and check the "Always use this program" box.
- Click OK.
