Most likely HTM files are associated with some other application, rather than with Internet Explorer (or another web browser).


Solution:

  1. Open "My Computer" or Windows Explorer.
  2. Go to the "c:\program files\v communications\WebEasy professional\temp" folder (or another folder that contains HTM files).
  3. Right-click on one of the HTM files and select "Open With..."
  4. Select "Internet Explorer" in the list of programs, and check the "Always use this program" box.
  5. Click OK.
