Please try copying the vcomWebEasy folder from the CD-ROM to the hard disk, then install from this folder rather than from the CD-ROM. This will eliminate any problems with a bad CD-ROM or CD-ROM drive.
I try to install WebEasy but it stops during the install since it cannot find a file. What can I do to install WebEasy? (KB005031)
