This can be fixed by opening the help file from the Start menu, ie: go to "Start -> Programs -> WebEasy Professional -> Help". Once you have opened the help file once from the Start menu, it will open correctly from within WebEasy.
I am unable to open the help topics. What can I do to fix this? (KB005043)
