Please try deleting the vcomWeb.ini file from the "C:\Documents and Settings\[USERNAME]\Application Data\VCOM\WebEasy Professional" folder, then run WebEasy again. This is a hidden system folder so you need windows to be set to show hidden files and folders in order to access this folder.


If that is not successful, try deleting the Lightbox thumbnails and registry settings:

- Delete all the files in "C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\LightboxSA\Temporary_Thumbnail_Files".
- Run regedit and delete the
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Conceiva\LightboxSA" and
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Conceiva\LightboxSA Manager" keys.

Now (just in case), close all currently running applications, including apps in the system tray like instant messengers. Run WebEasy again and see how it goes.
