This is occurring because there is a tool in Microsoft Office that is trying to install which then crashes the WebEasy application . This tool is called 'HTML source editing' and you need to install this to prevent this crash in WebEasy. Solution: 1) Click on Start > Control Panel 2) Select Add or Remove Programs 3) Locate any Microsoft Office application 4) Click it once, then select Change 5) Select Add or Remove features 6) Select Office tools 7) Click on 'HTML Source Editing' 8) Select either 'Run From My Computer' or 'Not Available' 9) Select Update 10) Press OK to finish.
