First make sure that you have re-jumpered your drives correctly so the new copied drive is now jumpered as the Master drive.

Then enter your BIOS/Setup to confirm that it is being detected correctly.

If your copied drive still doesn't boot.
Please redo your copy and uncheck FastCopy.

Sometimes the OS doesn't like this feature (skipping unused sectors) enabled during the copy.
