Unfortunately, System Commander (or Partition Commander 9) is not able to support Ubuntu Linux.
The Ubuntu Linux doesn't allow any manual control over where to install it or how to handle GRUB. Without the ability to control either of these during the install, System Commander won't be able to manage the booting of Ubuntu.
