Once you register your product you will receive a product "unlock key" which will automatically be sent to the e-mail address typed on the registration form. If you did not receive this e-mail confirmation it might be because your e-mail client saw our return e-mail as spam and moved it to a spam folder or deleted it. You can try registering again with spam control off or with another e-mail address.

Alternatively, please e-mail Customer Service directly for an unlock key. Please fully state the issue you are having and the product involved. Rest assured that you are registered, you just did not receive the confirmation or the unlock key.
