Unfortunately, at this time we cannot support Linspire/Lindows. Each time Linspire/Lindows boots, it will rewrite the Master Boot Record (mbr). System Commander also resides in the mbr and will be overwritten on each boot. We are working with the engineers from Linspire/Lindows to fix this issue. Please keep an eye on this KB article for future details on System Commander and Lindows.
UPDATE (4/1/06).
If you want to install Linspire 5.0, choose Upgrade and don't select to change the MBR.
