To receive a new serial number, please send us a scan or digital picture of your receipt as proof of purchase. If you purchased from us you can reference your order number instead of a copy of your receipt.
Please note, we are not able to reissue serial numbers after the 90th day of your purchase.
Please include your name, the version of software, what it is that you are requesting, and your return fax number or e-mail address so we can return the serial number to you.
