1. Go to the vcom.com site and click on Account Login (https://www.vcom.com/login)
  2. Click on "Forgot your password?" link below the login fields
  3. Enter your email address in the Email Address field
  4. Click the Continue button
  5. Check your email for the directions on resetting your password
