If SystemSuite 4.0 was installed on top of 3.0, it is recommended to uninstall both versions and do a reinstall of only SystemSuite 4.0.
When I try to activate IntelliCluster, I get the following error message: "Cannot find the IntelliCluster driver". I previously had SystemSuite 3.0 before I installed SystemSuite 4.0. (KB002044)
