It depends on your system's performance and hard drive characteristics. Normally the initial scan will complete in 20 to 30 minutes, but it may take as long as several hours in rare circumstances.
The first time I clicked an item in the "EasyUninstall" section, it scanned my system. How long does this usually take? (KB002064)
