A previous installation of SystemSuite 3.0 or 4.0 remains and prevents the installer from continuing. Locate the install directory at c:\program files\ontrack(or Vcom)\ and delete the folder called SystemSuite. The software should then install fine.
Each time I attempt to install SystemSuite, I keep getting this message, "Please use Add/Remove Tools in the SystemSuite Global Properties to change SystemSuite components". (KB002107)
