This is a DNS error with your internet connection. First check to make sure that you already have an established internet connection. Then contact your ISP and have them run a check for DNS lookup of v-com.com. If your ISP is able to connect to our servers but your are still unable to do so, e-mail Technical Support for further assistance.
When trying to use the Easy Update feature I get an error saying that updates cannot be obtained because of the following error: [12007] Cannot resolve name. (KB003035)
