No. We want you to know exactly what Fix-It is doing, so if you want Virus Scanner or CrashProof (or any other part of Fix-It) to run, you must activate that component. You can, of course, set these tools to run automatically when you boot up your system, if you wish. On the other hand, if you choose not to run a particular tool, that's perfectly fine -- Fix-It won't force you to do so.
