We have identified an issue that will occur when a person performs a custom install of Fix-It 11 and specifies an installation location other than the default location.  When this occurs, the files needed to run the Defrag tool are saved in the default location.  The program will generate an error stating that the program was not properly installed and it needs to be reinstalled when a defrag is run.

To correct this issue, you simply need to copy the files from the default installation location to the custom installation location.  The default installation location is found here:

C:\Program Files\Avanquest\Fix-It

Alternatively, you can solve this issue by reinstalling the program and allowing it to install in the default location instead of a custom location.
