PowerDesk 4 Pro users that frequently receive this error should consider upgrading to PowerDesk 5 Pro which includes a newly designed Folder Synch tool that does not suffer from this type of error.
After using the Folder Synch utility and exiting PowerDesk, Windows reports an error. (KB004030)
