Please try the following steps:

1) Try copying all the DLL and EXE files from the "c:\program files\common files\ixla limited\dlls\v2.0" folder to both of the following folders:

c:\program files\v communications\WebEasy professional
c:\program files\v communications\WebEasy professional\ixlaBrowser

...there should be about 40 files copied to each folder. This should remove the possibility of any conflicts with DLL versions etc. After doing this, try running WebEasy again.

2) (For XP users) If the above is not helpful, try running WebEasy in Windows 2000 compatibility mode. If you right-click on the shortcut to WebEasy and select properties, there is a compatibility tab which will allow you to select compatibility mode.
