This can be resolved as follows:
1) Make sure in windows you have the options set so you can see all files
on your computer.
2) In windows explorer go to the folder 'c:\program files\common
files\ixla limited\dlls\v2.0'
3) Copy all the files in this folder into the same folder you installed
WebEasy into.
4) Copy these same files into the subfolder called 'ixlabrowser'
5) Now go to the folder 'c:\program files\common files\ixla
limited\filters\v1.0'
6) Copy all the files in this folder into the folder you installed web
easy into and also the subfolder called ixlabrowser.
