You can do this as follows:
- Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Custom Script Assistant".
- Select the "Body Events" button.
- Enter the following code in the "Contents" box:
style="background-attachment: fixed;"
- Click OK.
That will make the background image stay in a fixed position for the current page. The above steps will need to be repeated for the other pages in the site.
