This behavior will vary from browser to browser so there's no 100% fix for it (this goes for all web publishing software). However we have found if you build the site as dynamic (rather than standard) HTML, neither the rich text nor the plain text can be resized when using Internet Explorer.
After I built my site and previewed it on another browser, all the text size had changed. How can I prevent this from occurring? (KB005146)
