To correct this problem, please open the Task Manager and end the "tabtip.exe" process before launching WebEasy.
This is the handwriting recognition software included with Tablet PC edition of Windows. The process does not need to be running unless the user wants to input information by handwriting. If it is stopped with the Task Manager it has no effect on any function other than handwriting input. It will also start automatically if a user wants to input handwriting.
When I attempt to start WebEasy 7, the initial splash screen opens then the application closes. What can I do to run this software on my Tablet PC? (KB005171)
