Answer:
If an installation did not complete successfully:
1. You may be unable to uninstall through Add/Remove Programs for whatever reason, e.g. Not listed in Add/Remove Programs list, Remove option in maintenance InstallShield maintenance wizard does nothing etc.
2. You may have corrupted your ixla WebEasy Millennium installation by deleting the program directory, etc.
3. You have uninstalled ixla WebEasy Millennium but cannot reinstall due to blocking message explaining that ixla WebEasy Millennium is already installed.
To manually uninstall all the components, and remove the most obvious traces of ixla WebEasy from your PC to allow for reinstallation, do the following:

Remove the shortcuts from your Start Menu and desktop (Windows 98, Me and 2000 only)
Locate the ixla WebEasy Mil folder in your start menu by clicking on the "Start" button and selecting "Programs" from the menu. Right click select the ixla WebEasy Mil folder and choose "Delete"
On you desktop locate the "ixla WebEasy Mil" shortcut. Right click select the icon and choose delete.
Use Windows Explorer to remove the shortcuts from your Start Menu and Desktop (Windows 95 and NT): Here's how:
1. Remove this folder:
(Windows 95) C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\ixla WebEasy
(Windows NT) C:\WinNT\Profiles\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\ixla WebEasy
2. Remove this file:
(Windows 95) C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\ixla WebEasy Millennium.lnk
(Windows NT) C:\WinNT\Profiles\All Users\Desktop\ixla WebEasy Millennium.lnk
Note (NT Users): The "All Users" directory may need to be substituted with your profile if ixla WebEasy is installed to your profile only.
Remove ixla WebEasy Registry keys by running the "IWEMRegPatch.exe" patch.
