Windows NT/2000/XP all have the ability to convert FAT/FAT32 partitions to NTFS. Run this from a command prompt box or the run box: convert x: /fs:ntfs where x is the letter of the drive you want to convert. If it is C:, then it will take one reboot to convert.

Both System Commander 8 and Partition Commander 8 also have the ability to convert FAT/FAT32 partitions to NTFS.
