If you were able to create the Boot Utility disk #1, boot on it to an A: prompt and type SCOUT. It will create a scout.txt file on the floppy.
If you Do Not have the Boot Utility disk #1, copy the attached "SCOUT.EXE" from the link below to a blank floppy. Then, boot your computer on a Win 9x/ME boot disk to A: prompt. At the A: prompt, switch to the floppy with scout.exe on it, and type SCOUT and press Enter. This will write a scout.txt file back onto the floppy.
