1. Log into your account via the Account Login screen (https://www.vcom.com/login)
  2. Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. Locate your product on the list of purchased products


On the right-hand side of the product, you will see either Active in green or Inactive in red. If the green Active is showing, it means your subscription for that product is still active. If it is showing a red Inactive, it means your subscription for that product has expired.
