If you are installing a version of SystemSuite or Fix-It that is older than v14.5 (e.g. v14.3, v14.2, v12, etc.), you may receive the following message when trying to register the program:
"Unable to access the server at this time. Please try again later."
A change was made to our server that requires your program to be updated before it can communicate with the server. Please use one of the following links to download and install version 15 of your program:
Please note that you will need a valid serial number from your currently installed version in order to install the updated version.
